During the installation of most new instruments, Micromeritics provides basic start-up training. However, in order for you to get the most out of your Micromeritics instrument, more in-depth training for your laboratory personnel may be necessary. To address this need, Micromeritics proudly offers basic and advanced training for many of our instruments and applications at our Training Center in Norcross (Atlanta) Georgia. If you operate our instruments or supervise people who operate them, these training courses are essential to help you become an expert. Whether you are new to our instruments or an experienced operator, you will find a wealth of information and insight into Micromeritics instrument operation. Also, when application needs change or new personnel are added, the quickest and most cost-effective way to make a successful transition is through our training programs. The foundation established by these courses provides a platform on which you can continue to build in the years to come.
In January 2011, we expanded your training options by introducing a series of Advanced Training Courses. These advanced classes compliment the traditional courses and provide a unique opportunity to examine special topics and challenging applications.
In addition to the scientific theory and hands-on instrument training, attendees receive a complimentary copy of the book Analytical Methods in Fine Particle Technology, a class Study Guide, as well as a Micromeritics thumb drive containing various Application Notes, Product Bulletins, Tech Tips, and other relevant technical resources. Snacks and a lunch are provided each day and a Certificate of Completion is awarded to each trainee at the end of the course.
We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise and participate in our training classes. Micromeritics has been providing training to improve instrument operators, analysis skills, and theory of measurement for over 20 years.
